Trail Competition

The AGHA Trail Competition is a family-friendly event designed to celebrate trail-riding gaited equestrians who take pleasure in spending quality time exploring the trails. 

STARTS JANUARY 1 – ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2025

REQUIREMENTS:

• All horses have to be registered with the American Gaited Horse Association.
• All riding must be done on trails.
• Ride length is determined by Hours (or) Miles.
• Logbooks must be postmarked by January 5, 2026
• If competing in Miles you will not be eligible for Hours.
• $25 Entry Fee must be paid before starting.
  
  

** TOP 4 IN EACH CLASS WILL RECEIVE AWARDS **

• Horses must be registered AGHA during the time the hours (or) miles are accumulated.
• Hours (or) Mileage logged in one ride cannot be recorded toward both.
• All riding must be done on trails, arena riding and lesson hours are not eligible.
• Log sheets can be mailed monthly or whenever you complete.
• AGHA Trail Log sheets must be postmarked by January 5, 2026. Separate log sheets must be used for each horse.

Participants in the Hours and Miles competition must utilize the log sheets provided by AGHA.
